My name is Nicole Roberts

I am an HR leader, consultant, speaker, and podcast host with over 20 years of experience helping organizations build people-centered cultures that drive engagement, retention, and growth.

As the Founder & Chief Consultant of People Solutions Group, I specialize in private equity, mergers & acquisitions, and leadership development, helping businesses scale successfully while maintaining strong cultures. I am passionate about streamlining HR strategies, processes, and operations to create efficiencies that drive sustainable growth. I also help organizations navigate transitions—whether through mergers, leadership changes, or workforce shifts—ensuring these moments are handled with care, respect, and strategic foresight.

I am also the host of Amplify Your Signal with Nicole Roberts, a podcast dedicated to helping job seekers and professionals in transition share their stories beyond their resumes.

A sought-after speaker, I share insights on resilience, leadership, workplace transformation, and the power of clear communication in accountability.

Beyond my work, I serve on the Board of Trustees for SAFE on Main, supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. I am also an active member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, the 3Sixty Insights Global Executive Advisory Council, and a Founding Member of the HackingHR Experts Council.
